workshop: generation game
During a 2.5-hour session, your team plays the UNSNOOZED Generation Game under the guidance of an experienced trainer. Breaking through the biggest obstacles in collaboration: assumptions and biases. Playful, honest, and eye-opening.

from generational differences to connection in 2.5 hours
Where loyalty for one means staying with the same employer for years, for another it is about staying true to their own boundaries. Different generations work and communicate differently. These unspoken expectations can lead to frustration or loss of talent. In this playful and interactive session, we will work towards greater understanding between generations and better collaboration within the team.
Experience-based learning: team members step into the shoes of another generation
We connect experiences to theory about assumptions and biases.
We make time for reflection and bring the qualities within the team together.
A shared experience in 2.5 hours that deepens team conversations and strengthens connections
