Why generations?

Generations are our starting point: they spark recognition, curiosity and sometimes a fair bit of frustration. Our playful approach makes it easier to get the conversation started.

From there, we explore individual intentions and interpretations: what does ‘work-life balance’ or ‘ownership’ mean to you, and how does your colleague understand it? Together, we agree on what topics like these mean for the way your team works together.
