These terms and conditions apply to all products and services of UNSNOOZED, including workshops, keynotes, content or campaign assignments and the UNSNOOZED Generation Game. By using the website or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms.
01) Use of the website
a. You may only use the website for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these terms.
b. You may not use the website in a way that is harmful to UNSNOOZED, other users or third parties.
c. It is not permitted to post or distribute illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate content.
d. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or the systems and networks connected to it.
02) Intellectual property
a. All content on this website and all materials, methods, concepts and formats of UNSNOOZED (such as the Generation Game) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Copying, reproducing or distributing without written permission is not allowed.
b. Upon purchase of the UNSNOOZED Generation Game, you obtain a limited, non-transferable right of use for internal use. Professional use for training, workshops or other commercial activities is exclusively reserved for UNSNOOZED and trainers recognized by UNSNOOZED.
03) Quotations and agreements
Quotations are valid for 14 days. All prices exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated. The agreement is concluded as soon as you accept the quotation in writing or electronically. If circumstances change during preparation, we will coordinate with you in time.
04) Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation up to 14 days before the start: 25 percent. Between 14 and 7 days: 50 percent. Less than 7 days: 100 percent. Always notify in writing. Rescheduling is possible by agreement, but the new date must be confirmed within 3 months. After that, the assignment expires without refund. Returning after cancellation counts as a new assignment.
05) Execution
We deliver our services professionally and carefully. We do not guarantee a specific organizational result — the outcome also depends on participation and follow-up behavior within your organization. We ask you to provide all relevant information in a timely and complete manner, so that we are well prepared.
06) Payment
Payment term is 30 days after invoice date. If this period is exceeded, the client is automatically in default and we are entitled to charge statutory commercial interest and collection costs. In case of bankruptcy or suspension of payments, all claims are immediately due and payable.
07) Force majeure
In case of force majeure, we will contact you immediately and look for a new date together. If this lasts longer than 30 days, both parties may terminate the agreement. If you are not satisfied with the execution, please report this in writing within 14 days after completion. We are happy to resolve it.
08) Liability
We stand behind what we do. UNSNOOZED is liable for direct damage resulting from a demonstrable failure on our part, up to a maximum of the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost revenue.
09) Changes to the terms
UNSNOOZED reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The most recent version can always be found on the website. By continuing to use the website or to purchase products or services after a change, you agree to the amended Terms.
10) Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. UNSNOOZED reserves the right to amend these terms. The most recent version is always on this page.
