03) UNSNOOZED Generations Game and method
a. The UNSNOOZED Generation Game and its accompanying method, including all cards, texts, scenarios, exercises, manuals, designs and formats, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by UNSNOOZED.
b. When you purchase the UNSNOOZED Generation Game, you obtain a limited, non-transferable right to use it for internal use within your own organisation.
c. You are not permitted to use the UNSNOOZED Generation Game or the method independently for trainings, workshops, courses, inspiration sessions or other commercial activities. Professional use in such contexts is reserved exclusively for UNSNOOZED and trainers recognised by UNSNOOZED.
d. You are not permitted to sell, resell, rent, lend or otherwise make the UNSNOOZED Generation Game or any part of it available to third parties for professional use, nor to copy, reproduce, publish or develop derivative products or methods based on it, without the prior written consent of UNSNOOZED.
e. UNSNOOZED reserves the right, in the event of any breach of these provisions, to revoke the right of use with immediate effect and to seek compensation for any damage suffered.
