Employer Brand Audit
KRU
How to build lasting connections with Gen Z - even with a flexible pool.

KRU engages young talent as hosts and promoters at festivals, events, and trade shows. They work with Gen Z every day, and are partly Gen Z themselves. The young, forward-thinking management team puts people at the center and strives for mutual understanding in every collaboration. But how can you be sure you’re really getting it right?
The challenge
KRU is growing fast. And with growth comes the challenge: how do you, as a small office team, maintain consistent contact with an ever-larger and constantly changing pool of young freelancers? Because most collaborations are project-based, it’s difficult to create a lasting sense of belonging. KRU asked themselves: how do we build community and engagement, without losing flexibility?
The solution
UNSNOOZED conducted the Employer Brand Audit with both the office team and the broader talent pool. The scan provided insight into the level of alignment: are the values and needs of the office and the talents closely aligned, or are there blind spots? The results offered concrete tools to start working on right away.
The impact
The outcomes were positive: many young talents feel heard and valued. With the insights from the Employer Brand Audit, KRU continues to build an organization that keeps up with the times and doesn't snooze!
